The Wren Bar

starting at $450

for events with less than 75 guests

1 licensed bartender for 3 hours of service (if over 50 guests, 2nd bartender will be required at $25/hour)
2 craft cocktails, beer/wine service, and non-alcoholic beverage service
custom drink menu
alcohol shopping list + recommendations
cups, napkins, garnishes, coolers, and ice
set-up & breakdown
travel up to 30 miles (additional mileage will be charged at $0.52 per mile)
alcohol - we will give you a recommended shopping list, but due to Florida laws, we are not able to sell/supply alcohol
additional bartender (2nd bartender required for events over 50 guests) - $25/hour
extra hours of service - $50/hour per bartender for anything over the base 3 hours
additional craft cocktails - want more than 2 cocktails on your menu? additional cocktails can be added for $1 per guest
open bar - don’t want to be limited to only a few cocktails? you supply the liquor/mixers and we will serve whatever your guests request for $2 per guest
travel outside of 30 miles - $0.52 per mile
specialty cups or napkins - we supply basic, clear disposable cups for wine and cocktails as well as basic bar napkins in the color of host’s choice, but customized options can be substituted for an upcharge
specialty decor - let us know your request and we’ll make it happen!

for events over 75 guests

Already have your licensed bartenders? No problem! This package includes The Wren Bar for up to 3 hours and includes travel up to 30 miles.

Additional hours over 3 may be added for an extra $25/hour and travel outside of the base 30 miles will be charged at $0.52 per mile. Decor not included - can be added for an additional charge.

Just the Bartender

starting at $300

Need a bartender or two? We got you. You tell us when and where, and we’ll send you the licensed bartender(s) you need for your event.

This package includes up to 3 hours of service, set up/tear down, and supplies such as ice, cups, napkins, and garnishes. Events with 50 guests or more will require an additional bartender at $25/hour and additional hours over 3 may be added for $50/hour per bartender. Travel up to 30 miles is included. Additional travel will be charged at $0.52 per mile.
